Sam Hundley Children's books (unpublished)

05/15/24 After Magpie and Tag were published, I teamed up with a wonderful friend from my days at The Virginian-Pilot – Krys Stefansky, who was a features writer and also the book editor. She has a lot of expertise when it comes to children's books and literacy but also important considerations like cadence and what words and concepts children are learning at certain ages. She and I have collaborated on a few books in the past couple of years, but no luck finding a home for them – yet. We're still refining them and soon, I will post some examples here. – Sam

Scrap Art Alphabet, 11x14"

After creating this stuff for almost a decade, I realized I had enough to make an alphabet book. Some of the images may be too obscure for little kids, though, so as I create new things that work better, like the skeleton, I'll swap them out. What little kid doesn't like skeletons?
